Alissa Ginsberg is the National Program Director of Samvid Young Leaders where she is building and leading the scaling and management of a premier college scholarship and financial capabilities training program for young women. Prior to joining Samvid Ventures, Alissa’s work has included roles as Senior Director of Strategy and Operations at Uncommon Schools, Director of Admissions at Year Up, and Senior Program Director at NYC Teaching Fellows.

Alissa is currently completing an MBA at NYU Stern School of Business. She holds a Masters of Education from Loyola Marymount University and a BA in Psychology from the University of Michigan’s Honors College. Alissa lives in Brooklyn with her wife, children, and a rescue pup named Ada Twist Scientist.
