Community Resilience Prize: Back to Business Application Questions

CRP: Back to Business consists of a two part application. Part 1 will be completed by all applicants and Part 2 will be completed only by those who are selected as finalists and move into the interview round. Part 1 of the application is open now and will close Monday, November 22nd at 12pm.

Below you’ll find the questions for both parts so that you may prepare before going into the application itself. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Part 1 (To be completed by all applicants)

Eligibility

  1. Please confirm the organization is based in Detroit/Hamtramck/Highland Park or Miami-Dade County or New York City
  2. Please confirm the organization serves Detroit/Hamtramck/Highland Park or Miami-Dade County or New York City
  3. Please confirm the grant request focuses exclusively on serving low-to-moderate income individuals
  4. Please confirm the grant request is focused on workforce development training programs
  5. Please confirm that the grant request would be used for 2022 calendar year programming
  6. Please confirm that the organization is one of the following:
    • 501(c)(3) non-profit organization
    • Group fiscally sponsored by a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization
  7. Please note that places of worship are not eligible. Confirm that the organization is not a place of worship
  8. I understand that if selected to participate in CRP: Back to Business, we will have the same one (1) Program representative – who specifically works on the program’s operations or service delivery – attend all forums.
