Core responsibilities will include:
Manage all aspects of operationalizing organization’s strategy:
- Ensure complete understanding and buy-in of organization’s vision and strategic mandate
- Design and implement policies that translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth, helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual planning
- Evaluate regularly existing processes and business procedures to determine where there is room for further optimization and efficiency
Provide excellent HR leadership:
- Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention
- Oversee employee productivity and all compliance-related issues
- Contributes to building a highly inclusive culture that drives high performance, encourages continuous improvement and promotes innovation
- Ensure values and leadership standards are communicated and understood by all team members
Manage operations team:
- Actively manage, and provide leadership, mentorship and guidance to all members of operations team
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree with a track record of academic excellence
- 10-15+ years of experience, with significant experience in operations and people management
- Highly detail-oriented with a knack for anticipating problems and finding creative solutions quickly
- Consistently resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and environments
- Commitment to and passion for SV’s mission
